We are looking for greeting cards to feature in kardolo.co.uk; a new online boutique.
You can earn commission on all cards sold!

We are launching a new website in November called kardolo.co.uk, which will be an online store for cards & notelets. Think classy boutique rather than Clintons!
The products Kardolo will sell will be classy, elegant and quality products, aimed at the upper end of the market, and the place to come for something that stands out, and looks expensive.
Kardolo will launch with its Christmas range and then move to other greetings and social stationery.

what we are looking for
We are looking for anyone who has ideas or designs for beautiful cards.
Your designs can be either hand finished or suitable for printing.
Your designs must fit the bill of being unique, classy, elegant, & scream quality.
At this stage we are only looking for Christmas designs, but you may include some other greetings too.
The shop will offer a selection of styles from a range of artists and techniques.
If your work is a success you can have your own page/section in the online shop in the new year.

how to submit your work
If you think you can create something that fits the bill then please send us your work to kardolo@thamesvalleymarketing.com
We need a PDF with one design per page, similar in layout to the example shown right.
The cards will be produced at either A6 or 120mm square so please ensure your work is this size.
If your work is handmade then photograph it. If your work is not digital, then scan it in.

what we don’t want
Please don’t just forward your portfolio or work you have previously emailed elsewhere.
We want you to respond to the brief rather than forwarding your portfolio as we want to launch in November so your work needs to be near finished.
Your skills and your other areas of work are irrelevant to this as we need cards that will fit the bill for retail in our store.
This will be an exclusive online store so we are not looking for designs that are already in the public eye or in the laps of greetings card publishers already.
No stock images please, all work must be your own.

production & fees
We’ll take care of the production & packaging, unless of course your items are handmade, then that will be up to you.
We will use only small print/production runs.
If your design is featured on Kardolo.co.uk, you will receive up to 20% commission of the retail price.
As Kardolo is aimed at high end purchasers, the retail price of our cards will be between £5 and £50 each.
When submitting your design, please state the RRP of your card.

deadline
The deadline for entries is Tuesday 27th October.
Remember we are primarily looking for Christmas designs at this stage.
